Private patients — no referral needed. You can book directly online or by phone at any time.
A GP referral is required for: Medicare EPC/CDM plans, DVA, and CTP (motor accident) claims. Please bring your referral letter to your first appointment.
NDIS participants — no referral needed if self-managed or plan-managed. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Standard physiotherapy sessions are 40 minutes. Extended 60-minute sessions are available on request — useful for complex presentations or initial assessments with a lot of history to cover.
Remedial massage sessions: 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes depending on your preference.
Running assessments are 60 minutes.
Pilates classes run for approximately 45–55 minutes.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
Cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: $80 fee
Cancelled with less than 3 hours notice or no-show: full session fee
We understand life happens — if something unexpected comes up, please call us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We open from 7am Monday to Friday and 8am Saturday, so early morning appointments are often available if you can't fit in during business hours.

Medicare, private health, DVA, NDIS, and what things cost.
Yes. We accept Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans, also known as Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans.
The current Medicare rebate is $60.35 per session (2025). You are entitled to up to 5 rebated sessions per calendar year with a valid GP referral.
Our Exercise Physiologist Andy Wong specifically works with chronic disease management patients — diabetes, cardiac conditions, neurological conditions, and more.
Yes — we have HICAPS on-site, so your rebate is processed instantly at the time of payment. You only pay the gap.
We accept all major funds including Medibank, Bupa, HCF, NIB, HBF, and most others. Check your policy for your specific physiotherapy or massage rebate amount.
Yes. We accept DVA White and Gold card holders for physiotherapy and exercise physiology. A GP referral is required. Please call us to discuss your specific entitlements before your first appointment.
Yes — we accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants for both physiotherapy and exercise physiology. Telehealth is also available for NDIS participants.
We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we are unable to accept agency-managed participants at this stage. Call us on 0423 538 057 and we'll help work out the best option for you.
We do not accept WorkCover (workers compensation) claims at this stage. If you've been injured at work, we're happy to see you as a private patient and can provide documentation for your own records.
Yes, we accept CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance claims for motor accident injuries. A GP or specialist referral is typically required. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation before booking.

Your first session, what we treat, and how it works.
Your first appointment includes a thorough assessment — your physio will ask about your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This helps us understand not just your injury but the bigger picture.
From there, you'll receive hands-on treatment in the same session, along with a clear explanation of what's going on and a plan for recovery. We work through three phases — Relief, Rehab, and Resilience — so you know exactly where you are and where you're going.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated.

Dry needling uses thin, sterile, single-use acupuncture needles inserted into tight muscle tissue (trigger points) to release tension and reduce pain. It is different from traditional acupuncture — it targets muscular dysfunction rather than energy pathways.
Most patients experience a brief twitch or mild ache during the technique, followed by a sense of release. The needle itself is very fine and the insertion is usually barely felt. Some mild soreness for 24–48 hours afterwards is normal.
Your physio will always discuss dry needling with you before proceeding and it is entirely optional.
It depends on your condition, goals, and how your body responds. Your physio will give you an honest estimate at your first appointment.
As a general guide: acute injuries often resolve in 4–8 sessions. Chronic or complex presentations typically require longer. We'll review your progress at regular intervals and adjust the plan accordingly.
We don't believe in keeping people coming indefinitely — our goal is to get you independent and moving well as efficiently as possible.
Yes — you'll receive a consent and intake form when you book, which covers your health history, consent for treatment, and privacy acknowledgement. Completing this beforehand saves time so your session can start promptly.
If you haven't received the form, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete it at the clinic.
If you don't feel genuine improvement after your first session, your next session is on us. We stand behind our work — every appointment.
Yes. For patients under 16 years, a parent or guardian must be present during the appointment. For patients aged 15 and over, written parental consent is sufficient if the parent or guardian cannot attend.
The consent form must be signed by a custodian for any minor.

What's included, how classes work, and memberships.
Our classes are physio-led, which means every session is guided by a physiotherapist or qualified Pilates instructor with clinical training. Class sizes are kept small (maximum 1:3 ratio) so your technique and movement is actually supervised.
This matters if you have an injury, a history of pain, or specific movement goals — you're not just following along in a group of 20.
Single class: $70
5-class pack: $325 (save 7%)
10-class pack: $610 (save 13%)

Not at all. We have beginner-friendly classes and our instructors will work with your current ability level. We recommend starting with a 1-on-1 private Pilates session so your instructor can assess your movement and set you up for success before you join a group class — but it's not mandatory.
Often yes — in fact, Pilates is one of the best things you can do during rehabilitation. Our physio-led classes mean we can modify exercises for your specific injury and monitor your movement throughout.

We're well-served by public transport — Central Station is a short walk away, and multiple bus routes stop on nearby Elizabeth Street and Cleveland Street.

How our online appointments work and who they suit.
You'll receive a secure video link before your appointment — click it at your session time and you're connected directly to your physio. No app download required. Your physio will assess your movement visually, guide you through a physical examination, provide a diagnosis, and deliver a full exercise program — all in real time. Your home program is sent via app within 24 hours, just like an in-person visit.
For many presentations, yes. Exercise prescription, rehabilitation programming, posture and movement assessment, chronic pain management, and clinical Pilates all translate very well to video. The honest answer is that some conditions genuinely need hands-on treatment — if that's you, we'll tell you upfront rather than have you waste a session. If we can help you effectively via telehealth, we will.
A device with a working camera — phone, tablet, or laptop all work. A stable internet connection. Enough floor space to stand, bend, and move around. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and access to the area being assessed. If you have any existing scans or reports, have them nearby. That's it.
Most private health funds cover telehealth physiotherapy at the same rate as in-person — check your specific policy for your extras rebate. Medicare CDM/EPC telehealth rebates are available under certain conditions — speak to your GP about whether your plan covers telehealth allied health. DVA and NDIS participants can also access telehealth — call us on 0423 538 057 to confirm your specific entitlements before booking.
You need to be in Australia for Medicare and health fund rebates to apply. Beyond that, telehealth works wherever you are — we see patients across NSW, interstate, and in regional areas where access to a good physio is limited. If you're overseas, we can still consult privately — call us to discuss.
